i would.say u go.for.our latest CDS protocol:..... go.hourly with as much you can.handle.per hour without too many HERX reaction.... begin slowly...

today i had one patient who is long term drugs abuser... feel dizzy and breath difficulty for few.minutes.... she go.sleep.then.wake up just fine...
