MMS2 question

Hello,

I am currently taking both MMS1 and MMS2 and am only able to tolerate a little less than 1/4 capsule.

Does the average three week period to take this protocol start when Im able to tolerate one full capsule or when I started taking the MMS2?

To ensure your body is totally clean.. you must achieved a full dose as stated in the protocol...

If you are not treating serious diseases... just go either MMS1 or MMS2 or CDS (latest version of MMS1) and achieved it protocol for a good health will do. you do not have to go both protocol at the same time....

but you can start other new protocol and stop earlier succeeded protocol if you want to see how healthy body you have... MMS1 and MMS2 does have some difference function in treating diseases... so achieving protocol for both usage will proved that your body is free from diseases...

Remember to go one protocol at a time....

I am treating something serious and taking MMS1 every hour and MMS2 every other hour.
Do you suggest that I take them a few minutes apart when It comes to the every other hour?

I would suggest skipping ONE of those dosages, If you are fitting more a digestive type issue then skip the MMS1, as MMS2 is generally more for COLON treatment but not exclusive. Instead of MMS1 every hour go 1 1/2 hours, and MMS2 about every 2 hours, what I do is something like this:

6am MMS2
8am MMS1
9:30 MMS1
10AM MMS2
11AM MMS1
12:30 MMS1
1PM MMS2
2PM MMS1
3PM MMS2
3:30MMS1
5PM MMS1
5:30-6PM MMS2

As long as I get 5 full MMS2 capsules in a full day. Of course this takes diligence, as you have to set alerts/alarms to remind you, Google calendar (through G-mail) works great for this, sends me messages to my phone

With the MMS2 YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 8oz OF WATER! If you burp up and taste the MMS2 you did not drink enough

Thank you so much for sharing your schedule. I guess its good to spread it out in 12 hours like that. I like it because I am treating several infections myself and Im very sensitive.
