eating while on MMS was created by Rejuv
I am a bit confused by when we can eat on hourly mms doses. Some people say one should only eat an hour after/before? How does this work on MMS hourly doses? Can anyone clarify what Jim says. I do have his book on my kindle but can not seem to find a clear statement about this?
Also what is the recomendation re coffee? Can one drink a cip or two a day? Ideally one shouldn't have coffee at all anyway but I'd like to know how it affects the MMS treatment?
Thankyou.

you can easily eat whatever you want on the protocol 1000, i know i do. however;
i usually wait 40 mins to an hour after taking mms before eating, and 30 mins to an hour before i take the next mms dose.
you can safely enjoy coffee in the morning, but do that before taking MMS.
then you simply wait 40 mins to an hour before you start the first mms dose of the day,
all tho mixing coffee and mms isnt really the end of the world, just the end of mms efficiency of that particular active dose.
i even enjoy beers in the evenings once in a while, approximately 40 mins to an hour later after (note: _after_) finishing my protocol 1000 for the day. no problems. enjoy!

Reviewing my notes from the minister training it said leave one half hour between doses to eat, and I've always done it that way and been able to stay on an hourly dosabe schedule.
If that information is not correct I invite other ministers to correct me and please give me a source I can reference.
Thanks! Colleen
