New to protocols & Skin Flaking

I started the MMS1 protocol on July 5th and did it for 7 days, possibly 9. I lost track, and then stopped. I had a little skin flaking. I started the starting protocol again yesterday and my arms and legs are flaking a lot. I have used this protocol before without this issue. Any ideas, remedies,  etc?
