Dog testicles cancer

Can someone give me advice, please? My 15-year-old stafford dog has a tumor on his testicles. It's wet and smells. I spray it with DMSO and MMS, but it doesn't help. I want to give him MMS orally. I just don't know how to dose it because in in the past he was very sick of it.. Thank you for any advice in advance.
