I've read the procedure for brushing your teeth. It doesn't really say clearly if one should continue brushing teeth with a toothpaste or just abandon it all together?

That's personal preference in my opinion. I brush with regular toothpaste and floss then do a CDS brush. I add a drop or 2 of baking soda water to the CDS so it's not acidic.

Be sure whatever solution you are using is close to pH 7.
Any teeth brushing solution that is acidic has the possibility of brushing off tooth enamel.

I'm confused with all the abbreviations...
From Jim's book I do the following:
5 drops of MMS + 5 drops of citric acid, wait 30sec and add 60ml of water.
In the attached file you have:
10 drops of MMS with 10 drops of 4% HCl, wait 5min, mix with 500ml
That is a huge difference with the water amount and waiting time...
From his book I understood as well that I citric acid can be used or HCI and it should be the same effect.
Which one is correct?
