Using more acid

From what I've read, activating 22.4% MMS with 4% HCl will activate 10% of it, the rest will be activated in the stomach by stomach's acid.
  -Then i assume using more acid or higher percentage is gonna activate more than 10% of it, that's gonna fly away immediately, is this correct?
  -What happens if i just take unactivated mms? Why not relying on stomach's acid completely to activate it?
