sm dog 9 lbs mass on spleen - maintenance protocol

I started Nov 29 and have had various protocols thereafter. I believe she is better. Sleeps alot but she is 11yo. 
I have 1 pdf of JH and then his Pre-Release #2 Health Recovery Book, Paris Humble Book, also I printed many answers on this site et al.  I revisit these many times, sometimes confused on drops or mililiters and if I did it correctly from the charts. All of them have different charts and #s. Wondering if I should buy another of JH books on his personal site. 
She just had major diarrhea after 3 wks, I backed down to 4/4 and 4 drops.  She overcame in 1-2 days and started eating.  I just mixed the same drops but I do not know if she is fully recovered.  Still a little too quiet.  However she can get overexcited without falling over/fainting.  Great progress. 
I never did the Protocol 1000. Read it several times/several hours and did not understand when to stop or keep going on to the 1000+.
Should I put her on the Maintenance from the Recovery Manual which is 7ml of C2 (C2 is 8/8drops)? And if she gets diarrhea again reduce and increase again or Protocol?
In the end is it a good idea to give her another xray to see if the mass is still there?

I would not use Jim's pre-release books as they are old and out of date.
