Terry, you do understand that vitamin C neutralizes MMS1 don't you?
Try going to Protocol 1000+
Good-luck

Hey Terry,
sounds a bit like me. After the protocol id have weird days sometimes. Days when I couldn't do anything, Would be very tired and cold. Feeling as if i had fever but i wouldn't have it. It would all go in a day or two.
I got sick once too for a couple of hours but that was when i was doing the protocol for the very first time. Now its my second time.
I reached that point where mms is giving me energy and any time i take it i can stay up late but as soon as i go to my bed i fall asleep quick and deep.
Terry, vitamin C aint good idea. Why u taking it? If you want to strengthen ur immune system you can take garlic, it does not interact with MMS at least and is a good natural antibiotic. Also avoid orange juice and anything that contains vitamin C and antioxidants.
Am not an expert, but from what ive seen and heard VL is not the best indicator of your HIV situation. CD4 would be better choice even though there is still debates going on. But def not VL. Jim mentions that rising in CD4 should be treated as a good sign of mms working.
Also consider such facts like ur energy levels, your mood and mind clearness, our emotions and appetite, your toilet visits too. If all that is improving, i think mms is working for you. But for this first finish the protocol.
Bests!

Hi Bill,
Yep. But people are telling me that I should take at least 1000mg. of C at least 2 hours after my daily doses are over. Jim said that taking antioxidants were not really necessary, I saw somewhere...he explained the reason for that belief. But others on the FORUM are stressing the importance of taking C and other antioxidants each night after I finish my doses of MMS1.
He also said that p1000+ was not necessary for HIV unless there is a problem like being very ill.
I have no symptoms from HIV. I do have some adverse effects from the meds I am on but none from HIV that are noticeable. Jim said that some people might have a reaction to DMSO, particularly people with liver deficiencies. HIV meds really mess with the liver, so I am thinking that I should not do DMSO, at least until perhaps after the protocol is over....I am thinking that I will do 4 or 5 weeks just to be safe. I might add DMSO to the bath therapy at some point. When I tested it on my skin, it was irritating...burned like turpentine. Thanks.

Hi Roze, I do eat garlic. Had a lot in my brown rice/beans for dinner. Big chunks of it.
Guys here on the FORUM are telling me that I need to take C and other antioxidants to protect against oxidative stress but to be sure to wait a couple of hours after I finish my daily doses of MMS1. I am not drinking any orange juice at all.
Jim has also said that natural vitamin C in foods is alright. Just not added ascorbic acid, and my understanding is that this rule is only applicable while taking the doses during the day. I am abiding by the rules I think.
David told me that he didn't think I needed to worry about what I am eating, just eat a healthy diet but of course no orange juice.
It's going to be interesting for me as I really don't have any noticeable HIV symtoms...don't get sick or anything...so actually right now on the protocol, I am feeling a little worse than usual....expected I guess. I am not feeling bad, just the symptoms of cleaning out. Similar as you felt. Thanks Roze.

Do you get funny tasting bits while on the protocol? I get some kinda oily sensations in my mouth throughout all the protocol. Day or night no difference. Im not taking vit C, just Spirulina for a night and some vit for nails cuz they got very weak since ive gone on MMS.
And also mms protocol makes me sneeze
Terry i think your doing fine its as Bill am not sure about vit C whenever its taken. Have a look at spirulina. Its confirmed to be stuff containing all you need and more.
Terry where do you live?
Cheers

I must apologize to David. I just read a personal email from him a couple weeks ago where he said that MMS does not cause oxidative stress. Sorry David. He did suggest that I take extra multivitamins and minerals though.
Not sure where but I am sure that I read to take at least 1000 mg. of C a couple hours after dosing for the day.

Roze I am in Florida, USA. The multivitamin that I take has a bit of spirulina in it. I know it's great stuff. Have gone through periods when I was taking it regularly.
I haven't experienced an oily sensation/taste yet. Might not.

My question is once I'm done with the protocol 1000 (5 weeks?), how long do I have to rest and start it again? Also my cd4 didn't change at all before and after the protocol, What does Jim say about that? How long does it take to see some results from MMS?
I'm thinking starting again but tomorrow I'm getting my results so hopefully my cd4 is better. Cheers

David has told me to do the protocol 1000 for 3 weeks at least, 4-5 if I can handle it would be good but Jim isn't saying that. The p1000 is for 3 weeks then do a maintenance dose every day (6 drops once a day). David suggested that I do the maintenance dose for a week. Longer if you are taking ARVs. I know that you aren't doing that. Let's see what David has to say. It is an individual thing for everyone. If you just finished the 5 weeks, your lab work tomorrow or very soon, your CD4 count may have changed, either up or down but your VL (if you get that test done) will probably have gone up due to all the dead pathogens in your blood from the MMS.
Jim and David are saying not to get blood work for about 3 months after the protocol or you will be disappointed.
Why are you doing the protocol again? In most cases, once should do the trick. I'm not an expert, just giving you my thoughts.
