What I mean is, for someone who is HIV-positive but not in the late stages of AIDS, and whose condition is not currently life-threatening, can AIDS be cured using only MMS1 (without DMSO or MMS2)?
Jason, please read the attached PDF file. I think it will answer your question.

My understanding is that Jim's protocol for HIV involves taking MMS1, 3 drops 8 times daily for 21 days (is my understanding correct?). Jim mentioned that HIV viral load testing requires a period after completing the treatment regimen to yield accurate results. During the treatment and immediately after its completion, the HIV viral load may actually increase significantly. How long after finishing the treatment should viral load testing be conducted? When is the most appropriate time to perform CD4 cell count testing?

If I was trying to cure HIV and had followed Jim's HIV protocol, and wanted confirmation by CD4 count testing, I would wait for perhaps 3 months and have the testing done. If the CD4 count is still too high, I would wait another 3 months and retest, etc.My understanding is that Jim's protocol for HIV involves taking MMS1, 3 drops 8 times daily for 21 days (is my understanding correct?). I noticed Jim's website mentions that for more severe illnesses, if CDS proves ineffective, MMS can be used as a follow-up. This seems to imply that MMS is more effective and produces more noticeable results? So for chronic conditions like diabetes, based on clinical experience, which should be used to achieve significant results—CDS or MMS?

MMS (SCS) at 30 seconds of activation becomes MMS1 and contains 10% of available CLO2. More CLO2 should be released from MMS1 by stomach acid and other acidic substances it comes in contact with elsewhere in the body.
CDS is usually easier to ingest, but if it does not solve your health issue, you could try MMS1 or CDS following Protocol-102A (aka CDM).
One ml of 3000ppm CDS contains 3mg of CLO2. One fully activated drop (0.05ml) of 22.4% MMS (SCS) contains 8mg of CLO2.

I am in mainland China and cannot access the information you recommended about chlorine dioxide treatment on Telegram. Specifically, this URL:https://t.me/s/theuniversalantidote?q=diabetesCan I find the same information about type 2 diabetes on Telegram within this forum? Alternatively, could you please directly share the treatment protocol for using chlorine dioxide in type 2 diabetes patients who have been insulin-dependent for years? Thank you. Translated with

Curious Outlier is also on Substack and you could search his archive for testimonials. Here is one link you could follow. I converted that page to a PDF file, which is attached to this post.

Also, I tried to register a Telegram account using a VPN a few days ago, but I found that Telegram does not send verification codes to (+86 China mainland mobile numbers), so I could not register successfully. That's why I asked you for help.

I talked to Telegram Volunteer Support and they know about your cell phone provider issue. A VPN does not help if your cell phone provider blocks Telegram. Also, I tried to register a Telegram account using a VPN a few days ago, but I found that Telegram does not send verification codes to (+86 China mainland mobile numbers), so I could not register successfully.
