Yes, Jim Humble's PDF ebooks are posted online in many places. All we can do is ask them to remove the book from their websites.

The book is still copyrighted because the co-author of the book, Cari Lloyd, is still alive.

so ebooks on digital libraries, presented for download to their customers (subscribers), are illegal?
if this is the case, how does the law not apply to these libraries for
copyright infringement?
ex: (scribd etc.).
and how to do it with PDFs
already downloaded..

A few websites offering free copyrighted files have been shut down.

Some authors of ebooks want their books to be given away for free, such as Hulda Clark. She passed on to the next life a few years ago.

The book you mentioned by Jim Humble and Cari Lloyd is still copyrighted as I have said.

If you would like to contact websites offering copyrighted books for free, that would be great. Thanks!
