Impetigo

I noticed there are hardly any posts on Impetigo, which is a bad staph or strep infection.  I have it on my face.  Is there someone who can help me know what to do?  I have been on MMS and CDS to try to get rid of abscessed tooth but so far nothing helps.  The tooth is "a little" better using CDS and DMSO.  I put that same solution on the impetigo but it didn't help.  Any help you can give would be appreciated.
