Can You eat fruit while on CDS/MMS?

I know you can't eat citrus like lemons or oranges when using CDS or MMS, but can you eat other fruits like bananas, blueberries, strawberries, figs, etc? Will that reduce the effectiveness of the CDS or MMS?

I would eat them 1 hour or later after your last CD dose. I have mine after supper as dessert.

Vit. C prevents CD from doing its work.
That's why lemon and orange should be avoided. That's why the suggestion in the former response seems excellent.
In the morning the CD protocol starts aagain, with an empty stomach.😉
No food whatsoever should be eaten 1-1.5 hour before and after taking a dose, according to the instructions I've read.
