I browsed the site for a few minutes and ran across this. Enough for me to leave it alone. It looks to me like he is capitalizing on other's work. Says protocols can be had for a nominal fee. Not sure if they're in the book.

The main component of MMS1 at 30 seconds of activation is residual sodium chlorite. The amount of chlorine dioxide (CLO2) released at 30 seconds is 10% of available CLO2. Stomach acid may release more CLO2.
