Hello, 
I noticed that ANDREAS’s basic protocol would put the activated drops in a bottle to drink each hour throughout the day while Jim’s protocol has to drink in a minute and make new one each hour. 

Would it still be effective if keep it in a bottle for a whole day?

Not as effective but yes, just make sure you keep the MMS1 out of the sun and in the fridge and the best would be in an amber coloured bottle.

Don't think any trials or studies have been done comparing freshly made MMS1 vs MMS1 in a daily bottle. 

I do know that Kerri Rivera's autism protocol has helped recover more than 7,000 from their autism symptoms, and Kerri's autism protocol specifies MMS1 in a daily bottle. 

And, for many years before Jim started to promote freshly made MMS1 doses, daily bottles of MMS1 worked for many people.
