I’m new at this. I accidentally bought CDH instead of CDS (pre mixed). Are the doses the same?

For ingestion, 1ml of CDH is the same as a 1 drop MMS1 dose.

Topically, 3000ppm CDS and 3000ppm CDH are the same dosage.
