Im about to start taking CDS Protocol C. It says to take it every hour. But my sister said I had to take it one hour before and after I eat or take medication.  Is this the case for CDS?  I must have missed that info.  Could someone verify this?  Thank you!

See attached PDF file on eating during dosing hours. 

Meds and supplements best taken starting 1 hour after the last CLO2 dose of the day.
