Tonight I gave her and the other three kittens fenbendazole as I can’t give them CD when I work all day. I don’t really know how I would treat them on CD if I’m gone for 9 hours a day.
Back to the bath…I’m hesitant because the last two times I’ve done a detox bath with baking soda, borax, Epsom salts and Bentonite clay, I’ve had difficulty breathing. I had to stop one bath as I was just getting over being sick and I thought I would just kick out the coughing with the bath. About 5 minutes into the bath I had to get out! It was pretty scary as I was wheezing and trying to get a decent breath. After trying 3 methods I know that help me, I had to take my inhaler. Thankfully my breathing calmed down after some time, but this is not something I want to happen when I take a detox bath. I supposedly have asthma so that’s why I have an inhaler. I don’t like to own any titles to illness.
The second time this happened was about 2 weeks ago. It wasn’t as bad as the first time but I just don’t want to have to worry that I might have trouble breathing by taking a detox bath. So that’s why I’m hesitating about using the CD. I also plan to use city water as I don’t have a water purification system.
I have done 3-4 detox baths in the last year without incident, so it seems weird that I would have this breathing difficulty twice recently.
Has anyone used CD as a detox bath? Do you have a recipe you recommend?

If you are using MMS1, then you could try a MMS1 bath or foot soak. That protocol is attached to this message.

Order is Important—First Things First
Published on: November 3, 2026
I have said this many times, but I’ll say it again. It is my belief, that many times if people are not getting well—if they are not seeing desired results it is often due to the fact that they are doing too many things all at once, or equally as important, they are not doing …

This is the answer to what MMS does for inflammation. Inflammation does not cause the problems in the body. Inflammation is the body’s response to disease of one kind or another for the purpose of protecting the body. If you have a swollen prostrate it is because there is some kind of a problem with …

Unpleasant Symptoms, Biofilms, Going Too Fast

Note: In a health context, a biofilm is a structured, highly organized community of microorganisms (such as bacteria or fungi) that adheres to a surface and is encased within a self-produced, sticky, gel-like matrix of proteins, DNA, and sugars. Instead of floating freely as individual cells, the microbes (bad stuff) physically cluster together to form …

A conversation with Jim in 2010: D: Some doctors have told me that harmful pathogens have the ability to manipulate the brain chemistry to make you crave the things they want to eat. Since I have been on MMS/CD, I have lost all cravings. I have also lost 60 pounds (which I needed to lose), …
