Finding a copy of Andreas Kalcker's book Forbidden Health

Does anyone know where to find a copy of "Forbidden Health" by Andreas Kalcker? All the sites I have checked have either deleted it or blocked it from purchase.

I did not see a link to an authorized seller of AK's books. The reason could be because DDG is censoring search requests. You didn't know that? The owner of DDG made that announcement about 2 years ago.

Plenty of legit results

The first result in my link with the PDF file is a direct download. If its posted on a public website it's fair game in my opinion 

I've tried ordering the physical book  
"Forbidden Health" in English. 
The voedia.com payment doesn't come through in the end. Reason? "Error with identification" 
Odering and payment at voedia is entirely in Spanish. I could work it out, but it can be difficult to manage, I assume.

The Narayana distributor doesn't deliver to the Netherlands, maybe not to the whole of Europe?

Cleanhands offers the book Forbidden Health in German or Spanish only. 
PDF's of Forbidden Health are easy to find from where I am.
