Hungry on Protocol was created by periwinkle
I’ve noticed that when I do the 8 hour protocol, I get very hungry right around the third dose.  This would be 5 hours after I’ve eaten.  Normally I can go many hours without eating, but I find that I have the “growlies” while I’m doing the protocol.  I’m still doing the Starting Procedure and I find this surprising that I would be so hungry.  I wonder if this has anything to do with the great die off of parasites?  I’ve been doing the Starting Procedure for 5 days now.  I know I would normally go to the next protocol, such as 1000, but I’m trying to figure out many things here.

I eat snacks, but I simply cannot believe how hungry I get.

I have been going through the same hunger spikes especially when I increase the dose which generally corresponds to feeling slightly nauseous as well. In my mind it correlates with die off of whatever the offending pathogen is as it runs in parallel with my past experience on anti candida diet and having too much raw garlic.

With MMS or CDS (this is what I am currently taking) I just set timer to 30 min and if I feel ravenous and slightly nauseous I have a little snack then set timer to another 30 min and continue with my dosing. This has been working for me for the past 2 months. I keep snacks neutral in terms of antioxidants and keep it limited to protein only with occasional small slice of apple in case my nausea is really strong.

Hope you find the work around as it really worth it.  I was getting frustrated and felt it was not working for me and suddenly there has been a shift in the past week.  Just keep at it.
