Does anyone have experience treating meat especially at the butchering stage for pathogens/bacterial build up?

I would spray the meat with HOCL (hypochlorous acid) made with an electrolyzer, or CLO2 (chlorine dioxide solution).
I spray all fruit and veggies with HOCL.

Hi,
Can you please tell me what the HOCL is?
Where does it come from?
Do you make it?
I did a site search and the results come to your post.
Thank you

A good experiment might be to get 2 Tupperware bins with equal size piece of meat in each. In one activate a drop every day and see if that meat lasts alot longer.

I make HOCL using electrolyzers, by adding water, pure salt and white vinegar which makes very pure HOCL. Here is one of them that I use. It takes 10 minutes to make a batch of HOCL.
It is important to measure the pH of your HOCL so it is HOCL and not chlorine or bleach.

HOCL is hypochlorous acid which is included in MMS2, along with other ingredients. HOCL is made by our white blood cells when needed for healing.
