In Jim Humble's MMS Health Recovery Guidebook page 93 he recommends the starting dose for those of us using size #0 capsules as 1/16th full.
Does anyone know what that equates to in milligrams? I have a digital mini-scale that allows me to find correct dosages and I think I would
be way more accurate doing it that way instead of trying to "eyeball" 1/16th. Thank you.

1/16 of a milligram equals 0.0625 milligrams or 62.5 micrograms.
