anyone else get sick if fasting during dosing?

   I found that if i dont  eat at least a little something in the 10-15 minute window
every hour while doing the proto. 1000, i will get pretty sick or at least nauseous.
i know this could be a Herx. reaction but it seemed pretty consistent with when
i forgot to eat within the hour. Anyone else experience this? I couldnt find anywhere in
jim Humble's book that he recommended you always eat within the 10-15 minute window.....

What hourly MMS1 dosage are you using? 

10-15 minute window? Where did you find that info? 

Some people eat a cracker just before taking a MMS1 dose as doing that can cause more stomach acid to be generated. 

Im doing Proto 1000 plus DMSO. In Jim's book he advises that
you should only eat 20 minutes after you take a dose and only
eat within a 10-15 minute window...
