After some experiments i realized that the only way i can take mms is to put the drops into gel capsules otherwise it gives me bad throat burns. My question is ,is it possible to activate 20drops of mms and keep it in a small glass bottle so i dont have to activate them during the day so i can just put them in the capsules even in the office ? I do spray bottle and eyedrops as well ,in those cases the mixture stays fresh for couple of days .I ve just wondered if it is possible to keep it activated without added water?
Thank you for your help

You could use an all-day bottle of MMS1 divided into eight equal doses. Bottles with an internal straw are very easy to use. See photos.

I also have a question about activating your own mms. Using a glass, pouring one drop of each the activator and mineral solution produces a small drop of yellow water. After 30 seconds, how much distilled water can be added to help with taste or does the amount of water added matter? I have been adding a quarter glass or so and have no issues, thanks
Jim suggests to add half a glass (120ml) of water to MMS1 doses. If a quarter glass (60ml) of water is working for you, that's great. To help with taste, you could add a few drops (even 1 drop can help) of this liquid stevia.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
