How to mix and take was created by Reneeintulsa
Hello, I've ordered the book from here but would really like to get started. In drops and ozs how do I mix and take. I saw to mix 3 of each sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid. Then after 1 minute pour into 4ozs distilled water. What's next I'm not clear. Drink how much and how often throughout the day? Thanks

It's best to read the book first, however...there is a lot of good information on protocols etc at mmsinfo.org .
