CDS/MMS/DMSO info & Telegram group?

It appears that CLO2 (I think is her name)  here knows a lot & has said something about Telegram so if that is still active how do I find or join the group? I am @Ladnea

Also I have seen where it says the "old" quick method for CDS with a picture  (thank you) but do we have to make MMS first to do it that way?
What is the difference between CDS & MMS- is it just the flakes compared to the drops?

The shot glass is the gas which is saved in the fridge for disinfectant- correct?
The CDS concentrate is the 300-350ml  yellow which we ADD to filtered water -correct?

Can we save CDS concentrate & if we can what type of container & cap? Plastic or glass container? Plastic lid?
Does the lid need an access hole then to remove daily-or doses?
Is it OK to keep making the CDS concentrate & adding it to the saved CDS concentrate & adding to it as long as we check for strength?

The container to drink from- plastic or must it be glass?

For DMSO has anyone found any to purchase in the US - I know Bob- you have a site but I believe someone said they are now purchasing from outside the USA?

I am sorry for all the questions yet we just want to be clear & sadly my mind is foggy since my most recent surgery- Chris hates reading -thinks he is no good at reading -

Besides I think if these questions can be stated here then it is easier to find up to date in the search. When I do the searches if I go back too far then I find some info that may be older,slower- ways to make CDS/MMS.

Telegram has a super active (39,000 members) channel titled The Universal Antidote, currently (a Thursday evening) 3360 online, so a challenge to keep up with the firehose of content. He's the one who introduced me to Browns Gas , which has facilitated an amazing turnaround for me in terms of pulmonary function.

Re. plastic or glass, I advocated use of an insulated Polar Bottle in the above post but since then have reverted back to glass after repeatedly smelling plasticizer in near-empty states. 2T in 1Q works out to ~90 ppm, just tangy enough for enjoyability.

That is Charlotte Lackney's website, also known as CLO2 on this site.

The Telegram group is "The Universal Antidote Videos Chat" - it must have "Chat" at the end of the name as there is another group which is not interactive.
Her name is "Charlotte Lackney, CHH" in the group.

There are several other Telegram groups, one of the bigger ones being "Chlorine Dioxide Testimonies".
