Hi All,

I just built a PDF that will allow me to track my protocol dosage. As I'm new at all this, the processes aren't yet automatic for me like they are for so many of you.  Will use training wheels for a while. :)

If anyone else can use it, feel free to download a copy.

Here's an updated PDF.

Change log:
- removed (snack) following Dose 8
- expanded Dose/snack rows to accommodate more writing
- changed (snack) to (snack ok)
