Herxheimer Reaction

Ok …so I increased too much should of stayed low and slow. How long will these detox symptoms last ? 

They are temporary. Drink orange juice.

They shouldn't last long. Just go back to the previous dose for a couple of days and then keep working your way up to your target while listening to what your body is telling you. Every case is different.

How much have you been taking if you don't mind me asking out of genuine curiosity?

After several month long protocols, I don't take it so slow any more, but the first couple of times were challenging.

I started last Monday 7/23 with CDS 3000 ppm 1 ml diluted and DMSO one drop every hour for 8 hours for 2 days. On day 3 went to 2 ml with 2 drops DMSO that’s when after about the 4th dose I started noticing the Herxheimer but I wrote it off as my general feeling bad anyway. Day 4 I took 4 doses of 3ml in the am and continued on with another 4 doses later in the afternoon still feeling rather sluggish and heart palpitations. Day 5 yesterday I went activated 4 drops and the DMSO for the first 3 doses started really feeling down , pain and stomach issue’s , brain fog etc etc. I finally figured it out the Herx’s were talking to me. So I backed it down to 2 activated drops plus the DMSO for 3 doses was not feeling any better and backed it down to just 1 drop plus the DMSO for the last 2.
I was not vomiting but I was feeling every symptom that I have read about or watched videos on. I changed to activated drops after watching the MG video talk about making it fresh .Then last night started watching videos about Herxheimer reactions from various posters on Rumble , Brighteon etc etc but none of them talked about how to stop the reaction only to say just cut the dose in half. I have orderd JH’s book and awaiting its arrival. To be honest I just didn’t understand or realize how strong those little drops actually are but I do now ! Thanks Again BobJ 

My advice would be to leave out the DMSO. You are starting out, and one usually doesn't use DMSO when starting out, only later on if needed.
You can use baking soda to cancel out any CD in your stomach if you have taken too much. And take a binder like diatomaceous earth (food grade), calcium bentonite clay, etc. to reduce herxing.
