Hypertension

Hi Everyone

I have been on medication for high blood pressure fir the past 10 years or so and it was well under control. I have a meter and check it regularly. I recently found out about MMS and decided to try it. Not specifically for hypertension, but mostly for all the other benefits.

Since I started my BP has gone up and I have doubled my meds just to try and get in within normal range. I’ve been on Protocol 1000 for a couple weeks now and do not have any other side effects. I could not find much info on this forum or elsewhere about MMS and high BP. Which protocol to use?  Any testimonials?  Should I stay on Protocol 1000 until it stabalises again? Or go to a different protocol?  Thanks. Gary 

Your med's might be interfering with the MMS.

Thank you for the reply and the Testimonials. I am also concerned about interference because I know we are not supposed to use meds or supplements when we start. But it’s a conundrum, because I tried stopping the meds but then my BP goes so height that I get eye and headaches. I’m hoping it will just take a bit of time.

I had a blood pressure reading, in a doctors office, which the top number was 210, that is a number, they should have rushed me immediately to emergency at a hospital. I practiced just by my thoughts with no medication dropped it down to 125. Live, love ,and laugh; breath deeply till your lungs slightly ache, then relax.

Thank you for the help and replies. I am only stage 1 Hypertension, so I stopped using the meds as of this morning. I will report back later on my progress
