Hello!

Ive recently started doing enemas with CDS, 1,5 liter with 15ml CDS. Im having troubles getting it all in. I can manage about 700ml then i have to go to the toilet to get it all out.. ive been reading about people getting up to 2liters inside and holding it, that seems impossible.. is there any trick? I guess im only cleaning the lower part of the colon with the amount i can get in? Would be nice to be able to hold bigger quantities of water all the way up the colon.. 
is position important? water temperature? body temperature seems to work the best. 
Any advice is appriciated.

Hello Frodo;

Raise your hips as high as you can, or inflate a beach ball partially full and place it under your hips. Place the enema bag as high as you can; this way, I have done almost 3 liters. It is an awkward procedure,  but it gets the job done. Do not worry too much, drinking activated MMS addresses the top of your microbiome. I will try to find a Kerri Rivera video for you later.
