Vertigo and migraines are related. I did the Protocol 1000, for 3 weeks, about 6 years ago and have been maintenance dosing ever since. I forget what a headache or what a migraine feels like. I used to take Tylenol with me where ever I went, but not anymore. Yes it does help.
