I have just begun the maintenance dose for my age (6 drops daily). Jim Humble says to take it before bed so it can work in the body throughout the night. Well, last night was my first night. I didn't have a good sleep. Do you think it was the MMS that gave me a restless sleep? Can it cause that? If so, maybe I should take it an hour or so before I go to bed?

I usually take it in the morning, because I find it energizing. For a long time, even when I took MMS in the morning, I had trouble sleeping, but that has changed and I no longer have trouble sleeping with MMS. So, listen to your body & experiment. It may be that you get used to taking it at night, or you may be better off taking it earlier.

Yes, I have just finished the Protocol 1000. 6 drops is no problem as far as having any herx problems is concerned. I just had a restless night so I thought the two could have been connected, Last nights sleep was better. If it continues, I will try taking it in the a.m. as John1 suggested.
