I thought the water issue was to avoid nasty chemicals. I did not notice about low ppm. This could be a drag on my protocol. I began using distilled water from my steam distiller, but after some time went to using water from a local artesian well with very clean but pretty high mineral content. If ppm makes a difference, then I need to go back to the distilled. How about for drinking after the 8 hours?
