I am new to all of this. I'm getting my books and supplies and reading and reading and reading.

I want to do the Iodine Protocols in Lynne Farrow's book but I don't know if the two can be done in conjunction with basic CDS protocol or should be done back to back or something.

Does anyone have an answer or opinion on this?
