watery stools was created by kittylover
I have been talking the MMS1 protocol for 10 days now. The only thing I get, is watery stool. I take fiber so you would think that that would help with this issue. I am following the protocol to a T. Is this normal? Is this part of a herximer reaction? I didn't have the watery stool in the beginning. It's just been happening in the last 3 days. If it were herximer, you would think that I would get it when I first started. Thanks

Thank you!! Oh it's no bother. I'm glad to be, "herxing". It means the MMS is doing its job.
Didn't know that about the fiber. I thought it would solid things up but I guess not.
I do drink lots of water. I drink Fiji water with natural minerals and electrolytes, so I'm good there.
I'm glad I found this forum. Sometimes we all have questions that Jim's book doesn't address.
Thanks again for your reply!!!
