How to take CDH? was created by John1

From what I have read, to make CDH, I can mix 5 ml each of sodium chlorite and hcl in a 4 oz. bottle with water. For dosing I would like to make a daily bottle, as is done with CDS. Will this work? What would be a good typical dose of CDH to add to a quart of water and drink hourly over 8 hours?

I don't have a cell phone, so I cannot subscribe to Scott's Telegram group, as Telegram requires a cell # to join. If there is another place I can find CDH info. please share!

When I used CDH it was 5 drops. The same amount i use when making single day CDS. I also use 5 drops in about 6oz of water as a stronger mouthwash.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the tip! I tried to install Telegram from link, but it still will only allow me to sign up with a cell phone. I have a Mac, so maybe it works differently than a PC.
