I had tried most everything except MMS as I was afraid of chlorine and it seemed too chemical. Then my previously very healthy 81 year old brother took 2 Phizer shots, 3 boosters topped off with a flu shot, collapsed landed in a hospital where they wanted to remove his destroyed right lung. I brought him home with me and have tried all I know and then some to help him, to no avail. He also has severe pericarditis. Poor guy is breathing 48 times a minute at rest, heart rate 100 and PO2 of 83 to 90. Oh, I tested him and he has lots of fusarium mold, candida and aspergillus.
So we began the protocol 1000 last week. Big adjustment and faith walk to stop tons of supplements, herbs, diet stuff, etc.
Sorry so long winded. Now my questions:
Due to our mold issues, should we use bentonite or how about a zeolite clay that seems to test better by kinesiology than the bentonite.
After the 8 hours, should we avoid our usual broccoli and or radish sprout salad of garden fresh greens with our evening meal? Avoid juicing? Very willing to avoid anything that would delay good results.
Is there a list of what to avoid eating during the hours after the 8 hours?
My brother can have strong coughing fits in the night we use colloidal silver and some lung herbs to help him get past the cough. Are they a problem?
Thank you!!! Bless you for this help!!!

I have read Jim's book, but nowhere do I see statements about which foods to avoid. Some obvious ones are listed, but where can I find out how anti-oxident rich are sprouts, fresh greens, etc.
Regarding what clay to use, we will use bentinite today and maybe use the zeolite anotehr day and see if we call tell a difference.
Love and Blessings to All!!!

We have still yet to figure out what is the best level at which point not to eat a particular food. But at least you can get an idea of what is high and so avoid. Maybe try above 0.10 as the point at which you don't consume the product. That still leaves you with cheese, chicken, etc.

The list of less that .1 foods of my usual diet is very few!! For 30 years I have lived on vegetables and herbs from my garden along with healthy animal foods. Looks like most vegetables are out, plain meat, poultry and seafood is ok.
I see whole milk, kefir, yogurt are ok. How about cottage cheese? The only cheese I have eaten is healthy non-processed cheese. It all is above .1. I do not usually use dairy as I do not digest it well. When I do consume dairy products, I make my own kefir and yogurt from healthy raw milk. Any idea if this is a problem like aged cheese?
If a small about of butter or an herb is added to a meal, does that raise the meal to above .1, ie do you suggest we aboid even small amounts of olive oil, butter, garden herbs, etc.
We have been noticing some imporvement even with some of these foods in the diet. I will reduce them. Should we avoid them entirely for the whole 24 hours? It is easy to avoid durin the 8 hours.
With gratitude for your help!!!

You can eat what you like 1 hour after your last dose.

However, I recognize that what you are describing is far from the normal circumstance.
The document that stu77000 shared is wonderful, and I use it all the time. I was very surprised to see that some supplements that I was avoiding (like vitamin D and Zinc) didn't have that much anti-oxidant power, and I was able to work those back into my dosing plan.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

We have received a number of questions from people asking about CDS and MMS1. In our communications it is evident that there exists a lot of confusion around this subject.
