PRINTING EBOOK: Andreas Ludwig Kalcker - Forbidden Health

I have on several occasions found PDF's that  some reason  print on only one side of the page.
This is one of them, and you can not even buy a paper copy as far as I know.

It took over 400 pages to print this single sided.
It is really cumbersome to carry around.
The same printer settings printed both side of a PDF on DMSO right before this one did not.

Any ideas?

It is sorta'   important as I want to print up a few copies for my Amish Neighbors.
I bought the Jim Humble book  for my neighbors in order to introduce the local Amish to MMS..
Henry Schwartz .said he had heard of it, so I was off to a good start. 
The local Amish use DMSO on themselves and some animals to "unlock" their Kidneys.
Also Ivermectin on the full moon for worming and general health.

Well, when you go to Andreas website they send you to the spanish shop to get the books, on this site when you want to purchase the book in english you can read this : Check if this book is available from our partner in the US and save money in shipping. (and the link send you to "clean hands".

This is why I allowed myself to put the link here as I saw that there was someone on this forum looking for this book in the US... (in france you can just buy it on amazon..)
