CD and hydrochloric acid ratio question

CD and hydrochloric acid ratio question was created by Mark82Walburn

Am I to use equal parts of CD and hydrochloric acid, i.e. three drops of each? Or is one drop of hydrochloric acid enough to activate three drops of CD?
