Personally, I've got great doubts about what's mentioned in that book by Mr. Finnegan. Here's the result of my research, of the last 30 years, on the topic of health, the medical industry, and warfare.

In politics and warfare, it's always been the US that reached for expansion, by finding excuses to enter other parts of the world.

Remember? Vietnam, Iraq, Libia, and Ukraine, the present proxy-war, with Russia as the declared villain.

Never forget how people acted. Nietzsche's herd mentality vs the higher human was in full effect. The herd mentality believes what the authorities state even if it goes against their personal values, go along to get along is the utmost of importance. The higher human is creative, has a mission, and must be free from the herd. However, the most dangerous is a sub group of the herd mentality and that is the slave...whose desire is to destroy the higher human.

In CV context:
The herd got in line to get the vaccine.
The slave ashamed, ostracized, imprisoned, and attacked the people that didn't get vaccinated. 
The higher human never got vaccinated.
