Just to inform you about Vit. C, the cheap Vit.C supplements are made in China, from GMO grown fruit.

It looks like freshly made juice, fruit or vegetable with Vit. C, is the best quality, when it's consumed right away. 
Chilipeppers, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, watercress, parsley, brussels sprouts, and koolrabi, offer high Vit.C levels. 

There are good quality Vit.C supplements, of a natural source, but the price is higher.
Usually, organic shops sell natural supplements apart from organic lemons, and oranges.
