Ascorbic acid and CLO2 was created by stu77000
Just take the vitamin C 1 hour after your last CD dose for the day. No conflict.Has anyone come up with a prophylactic protocol using both vitamin-C and CLO2? Or even for treating an immediate illness?
If CLO2 neutralizes vitamin-C, it seems one would have to abandon either the vitamin-C, or CLO2. That would be a shame.
I like to nebulize hydrogen peroxide, but I also take a fair amount of vitamin-C daily. I wonder if the vitamin-C is neutralizing the hydrogen peroxide...

If I am taking CLO2 all day, I skip taking C. If I am just taking a dose or 2 of CLO2, then I take those in the morning and then may take my C in the late afternoon.
I have done both nebulized peroxide, and nebulized silver, and I prefer the silver, as does my wife. It's good to try both, and see what works best for you.
When I had a cold a few months ago, I did a quart of CDS (10 ml CDS in a quart of water) spread out through the day - 4 oz. every 45 min. to an hour, and waiting about an hour after eating. Then I did nebulized silver in the evening.
An ultrasonic nebulizer is best for silver, as it provides the smallest droplet size. We recommend this one to our patients:

Here is a good how to video for the nebulizer.

The one in this video is the same as the one we like, it just has a different top.
We don’t use distilled water, but use warm tap water to fill the unit. The warm water increases the output, while cool water will decrease it.
I tend to prefer true colloidal silver (Meso brand), but any good ionic silver is fine too.
