Has anyone found that cds is not as strongas mms. I've only just started cds and have been using MMS but it makes me feel so ill am trying cds. Am putting 10ml in a litre of water, is this correct.

If you've used MMS1 before you can probably start with 10ml. Some start with 5ml and work up.
