Can I take betonite clay to relieve nausia and diarear when taking mms I'm only taking 1/2 drop x8 for 4 days was created by Rebel
I've been taking mms for 4days 1/2drop x8 for heavy metal detox I'm feeling very unwell with nausia, diarrhoea, cramping and headaches. Can I take activated charcoal or betonite clay to help remove toxins ?

Yes! Clay and charcoal…. Also sauna and enemas
