I've just started taking cds protocol s. First time use, going very slowly. Only on day 2.
I've made the decision to start taking it as soon as I wake up and so I don't eat anything till the afternoon. This in itself i believe is a fast I havnt done for over 35 years. I'm 56. 
Headaches are off the scale and I seem be experiencing a dull pain on my right side. (Liver) .
I'm not taking high doses, should I go up or stay the same? Is it the herx thing or am I detoxing? I don't won't to give up, but I'm uncomfortable.

Thank you for your reply.
protocol s is for sensitive, and is advised for sensitive people, which obviously I am, I will not go up in dose today and see what happens. Its a really weak solution 1ml to 500ml water! I  will persevere. 
have to change things around a bit today due to my shift work. So that will be a bit challenging too.
