CDS Dosing was created by grmorone
I've been struggling with an arthritic knee. I began with 10 ml of CDS in a liter bottle of distilled water consumed over the course of a day. After a week it was better, but still tender for movement. Someone in another forum suggested 20 ml. I would say it is better after another week at 20, but I'm still wanting to not feel an issue with my knee. I feel no other issues with CDS other than great. Is taking more advisable, or is it just keep going with the 20 ml level?
Thank you.

Try 20ml for a couple weeks and see how that goes. Give it a chance, it isn't a miracle worker (well sometimes it is...) it might take a little time. Andreas Kalcker says that going above 30ml is only for extreme situations, so give it time to work.I've been struggling with an arthritic knee.
