Could a motor run on clo2?

I read that clo2 is explosive and, for that reason, it has to be produced on site for industrial applications… so, I wonder if one could build a motor (not necessarily a car motor, but maybe an electrical generator) that would run on clo2. Perhaps it could have 2 receivers, 1 for the acid and the other for the sodium chlorite. What’s most interesting is that since mms is produced via salt water electrolysis I wonder if we could build it in such a way where you’d put salt and water in one place, where part of the electricity generated would be used to produce more mms via salt water electrolysis.
