Sodium Chlorite and Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) can be purchased from Amazon.com. The HCl can be bought in very strong solutions (37%), so diluting it to 4% can be dangerous, but it is very cheap that way. Just watch some YouTube vids about diluting HCl and take all necessary precautions.
