Eating meals (or not) while taking MMS or CDS

When taking MMS/CDS, how do others here go about eating your meals? Do you eat your meal a certain time before (or after) you take a dose? Or do you not worry when you eat your meals and just take the dose every hour, regardless of when you have a meal?

I wait a few hours after hours after taking MMS before eating. MMS, is mostly gone away with within an hour of drinking it. 

Just take it on an empty stomach first thing in morning 🌄

From your statement, it sounds as if you maybe take MMS once or twice a day. But what about the requirement of taking it hourly, 8 hrs a day, for when you are sick or when you are doing detoxification? In the case of taking MMS hourly, you won't be able to "wait a few hours after taking MMS before eating". How do you handle taking MMS and eating your meals in that situation?

Jim Humble says that you can eat a smallish meal in between doses with 30min apart.

So:
1pm - Dose.
1:30pm - Eat
2pm - Dose

and so on.
