Hello

I ordered the MMS kit ( Chlorine Dioxide Kit w/HCL • 4 fl oz HDPE) form KV Lab and was curious if this dosage and daily regiment sounds about right for preventing illness and daily upkeep.

Four days a week take a few drops of solution, on an empty stomach, early morning. 
The remaining three days take a few drops, on an empty stomach, early morning ; waite about a hour and repeat.

Any suggestions or comments?

Hi, I have only gone through a couple of MMS cycles so am no expert but take guidance from Jim Humble’s book. What you are talking about is called a maintenance dose in the book and I am now using that between cycles on protocol 1000. I take 3 activated drops then an hour later 2 activated drops then an hour later 2 activated drops. So 3 doses for the day, all early and on an empty stomach.
